The device has a coupling element (12) provided at a drive shaft (10), and connecting the drive shaft with an output shaft (14) i.e. motor shaft, of a hand-held machine tool. A function unit (16) includes a compressor unit (18) with a rotary compressor (20) and a screw compressor (22). The output shaft is driven by a drive unit (24) i.e. electric motor. The coupling element has a regular hexagonal cross-section. The drive shaft has a round cross-section. The compressor unit is connected with the drive shaft, and rotatingly driven by the drive shaft. An independent claim is also included for a hand-held machine tool. Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Zubehörvorrichtung, insbesondere Handwerkzeugmaschinenzubehörvorrichtung, mit einer Antriebswelle (10), mit zumindest einem Koppelelement (12), das dazu vorgesehen ist, die Antriebswelle (10) mit einer Abtriebswelle (14) einer Handwerkzeugmaschine zu verbinden und mit zumindest einer Funktionseinheit (16). Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass die zumindest eine Funktionseinheit (16) eine Kompressoreinheit (18) umfasst.
