Summary:The seatbelt assembly has a safety belt (1) comprising one end (1.1) provided with end fitting (3) that is pivotally mounted on the vehicle body and another end is attached to a webbing retractor. The end fitting of safety belt is supported by a spring element (4) such as torsion bar spring or spring clip. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsgurtanordnung eines Fahrzeuges, wobei ein erstes Ende (1.1) eines Sicherheitsgurtes (1) mit einem Endbeschlag (3) verbunden ist, der an einer Fahrzeugkarosserie befestigt ist und ein zweites Ende an einer Gurtaufrollvorrichtung befestigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Endbeschlag (3) mittels zumindest eines Federelementes schwenkbar an der Fahrzeugkarosserie gelagert.
