Summary:The carriage (1) has a linear guide (3) arranged at a housing (4) for displaceably guiding the housing that comprises a base body (5). The base body is designed as a fiber reinforced plastics composite component and carbon fiber-strengthened plastic composite sheet part. Tie rods (13) are arranged in the base body for biasing the base body and extended in a longitudinal direction of the base body parallel to the linear guide. The base body is pre-tensioned between upper and lower base plates (6, 7) by the tie rods. Two side walls (8) of the base body are connected by inner stiffening ribs. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a carriage. Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schlitten (1) mit einem Gehäuse (4) und einer am Gehäuse (4) angeordneten Linearführung (3) zur verschiebbaren Führung des Gehäuses (4). Um auch bei Temperaturänderungen eine hohe Formstabilität zu gewährleisten, enthält das Gehäuse (4) einen als Faser-Kunststoff-Verbundbauteil ausgeführten Grundkörper (5), in dem mindestens ein Zuganker (13) zur Vorspannung des Grundkörpers (5) angeordnet ist.
