Summary: | The method involves thermally conditioning a preform (2) that is made of thermoplastic material, and transforming the preform into a container (11), within a mold by applying fluid pressure. The container is molded by using filling media. The preform is temporarily guided and/or stretched in an axial direction by a stretching rod during transformation into the container. The filling media are supplied with different contents of carbon dioxide and/or treated at different temperatures, at a point of time or in two or more process phases. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a filled container, comprising a heating device.
Das Verfahren und die Vorrichtung dienen zur Herstellung von gefüllten Behältern. Ein Vorformling aus einem thermoplastischen Material wird zunächst entlang eines Transportweges im Bereich einer Heizstrecke einer thermischen Konditionierung unterworfen. Anschließend wird der Vorformling innerhalb einer Form durch Druckeinwirkung in den Behälter umgeformt. Als Fluid zur Behälterformung wird ein in den Behälter abzufüllendes Füllmedium verwendet. Der Vorformling wird während seiner Umformung in den Behälter mindestens zeitweilig geführt. |
