Summary:The device has hollow cylindrical deflecting elements (14) by which the printing material is guided through outer surface. The clamping units (62,64) are provided for storing the deflecting elements on frame. The deflection elements formed of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene are mounted on the receiving elements (44,46,48), in clamping state. A pressing element (56) is provided for pressing the deflecting elements in the region of the recess against the receiving elements. An independent claim is included for method for assembling deflecting element of printing material turning device. Bei der Umlenkvorrichtung wird ein hohlzylindrisches Umlenkelement (14, 16) über mindestens eine Klemmeinheit (62 bis 66) gelagert. Die Klemmeinheit (62 bis 66) umfasst ein ortsfest angeordnetes Aufnahmeelement (46 bis 48), das mindestens eine Vertiefung (50) aufweist. In das Umlenkelement (14, 16) ist ein Andruckelement (56) eingeführt, das das Umlenkelement (14) im Bereich der Vertiefung (50) gegen das Aufnahmeelement (44 bis 48) drückt.
