Summary: | The connection between an autobody panel (1) and a hollow carrier (2) for fixing base plate on longitudinal and cross beams of a vehicle, comprises a connecting knot (3), an opening (4) provided in the hollow carrier at a position of the connecting knot, and an autobody panel material (5) extended in the opening. The autobody panel comprises an electrically conducting malleable material by electromagnetic pulse deformation. The autobody sheet material comprises a form closure for the carrier material within the area of the opening by the electromagnetic pulse deformation. The connection between an autobody panel (1) and a hollow carrier (2) for fixing base plate on longitudinal and cross beams of a vehicle, comprises a connecting knot (3), an opening (4) provided in the hollow carrier at a position of the connecting knot, and an autobody panel material (5) extended in the opening. The autobody panel comprises an electrically conducting malleable material by electromagnetic pulse deformation. The autobody sheet material comprises a form closure for the carrier material within the area of the opening by the electromagnetic pulse deformation. The material of the autobody panel and the carrier are connected with edges of the openings in the area of the connecting knots in a material-locking manner. Es wird eine Verbindung zwischen einem Karosserieblech (1) und einem Hohlträger (2) eines Fahrzeugs, sowie eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen dem Karosserieblech (1) und dem Hohlträger (2) beschrieben. Die Verbindung zwischen dem Karosserieblech (1) und dem Hohlträger (2) weist mindestens einen Verbindungsknoten (3) auf. Mindestens das Karosserieblech (1) weist ein elektrisch leitendes durch elektromagnetische Impulsverformung formbares Material (5) auf. In dem Hohlträger (2) ist an einer Position (9) des mindestens einen Verbindungsknotens (3) eine Öffnung (4) vorgesehen. In die Öffnung (4) ragt Karosserieblechmaterial (5) hinein, das mittels elektromagnetischer Impulsverformung einen Formschluss mit dem Material des Hohlträgers (2) im Bereich der Öffnung (4) aufweist. |
