The system (1) has a heat exchanger (14) heating air blown into a passenger compartment, while performing heat exchange between the air and a thermal fluid. A controller outputs an operating request signal to an attachment (EG) when a preset output condition is fulfilled to keep a temperature of the thermal fluid equal or higher than a preset temperature. The controller differentiates the condition from another output condition such that frequency for outputting of the signal in a vision operating mode is lower than that in any other air outlet operating modes as the vision operating mode.
