Summary: | The method involves thermal softening a joint region (3) of non-prepunched component parts (1, 2) before driving nails (4) by a setting apparatus (5). The thermal softening of the joint region of non-prepunched component parts is enabled in a contactless manner. Rise in the temperature during the thermal softening is enabled independent of material of the non-prepunched component parts. The joint region is heated via laser irradiation and a hot air blower and the setting apparatus is provided with a heating unit (6) i.e. infrared heating unit. An independent claim is also included for a device for executing a method for establishing nailed connection between non-prepunched components in an adding region by a nail driven by a setting apparatus.
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Nagelverbindung zwischen wenigstens zwei nicht vorgelochten Bauteilen in einem Fügebereich mittels eines von einem Setzgerät eingetriebenen Nagels. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Fügebereich der beiden Bauteile vor dem Eintreiben des Nagels lokal thermisch erweicht. |
