The board (1) has a cooling body for cooling electrical components (2, 3) e.g. high side switch or FET, where the cooling body is designed as a metal plate (4). The metal plate carries the board and exhibits a set of projections (4a), which are engaged or pressed into a recess of the board and carry the Electrical components. An air gap is formed between the metal plate and the board. The projections are aligned with a surface of the board, where the surface is turned away from the metal plate. The metal plate is made of aluminum or copper. Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Leiterplatte mit einem elektrischen Bauelement (3) und einem Kühlkörper zum Kühlen des Bauelements (3). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Kühlkörper eine Metallplatte (4) ist, welche die Leiterplatte (1) trägt und eine Erhebung (4a) aufweist, die in eine Ausnehmung der Leiterplatte (1) eingreift und das Bauelement (3) trägt.
