Summary: | The method for the production of a sealed cutting edge of a sheet material, comprises introducing a split cut in the sheet material by laser beam cutting under formation of cutting edge to be sealed, simultaneously sealing the cutting edge to be sealed at the cutting point under formation of energy released during laser beam cutting, and/or directly sealing the cutting edge under utilization of energy applied during the laser cutting in the sheet material. The cutting edge to be sealed is subjected simultaneously or directly with a gaseous additive medium. The method for the production of a sealed cutting edge of a sheet material, comprises introducing a split cut in the sheet material by laser beam cutting under formation of cutting edge to be sealed, simultaneously sealing the cutting edge to be sealed at the cutting point under formation of energy released during laser beam cutting, and/or directly sealing the cutting edge under utilization of energy applied during the laser cutting in the sheet material. The cutting edge to be sealed is subjected simultaneously or directly with a gaseous additive medium after the application of the split cut, or plasma, which causes the sealing. The cutting edge to be sealed is subjected after the application of the split cut with a liquid, pasty or powdery additive medium, which drops itself on the cutting edge to be sealed and causes the sealing. A different sealing is formed on the cutting edge to be sealed. The laser beam is moved relative to the sheet material and the additive medium is applied by a feed line running with the laser beam on the cutting edge to be sealed. The laser beam is moved relative to the sheet material and the additive medium is subjected by the feed line on the cutting edge to be sealed. The directly adjacent area of the cutting edge is detected during sealing the cutting edge. An independent claim is included for a device for the production of a sealed cutting edge at a sheet material.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung wenigstens einer versiegelten Schnittkante an einem Blechwerkstoff (S), umfassend die folgenden Schritte: - Einbringen eines Trennschnitts (T) in den Blechwerkstoff (S) mittels Laserstrahlschneiden, unter Ausbildung wenigstens einer zu versiegelnden Schnittkante (K); - gleichzeitiges Versiegeln der zu versiegelnden Schnittkante (K) am Schneidpunkt (X), unter Ausnutzung der beim Laserstrahlschneiden freigesetzten Energie, und/oder - unmittelbar nachfolgendes Versiegeln der zu versiegelnden Schnittkante (K), unter Ausnutzung der beim Laserstrahlschneiden in den Blechwerkstoff (S) eingebrachten Energie. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine hierfür vorgesehene Vorrichtung (100) und eine bevorzugte Verwendung des Verfahrens und/oder der Vorrichtung (100). |
