Summary:The device has electrical components (1,3) and an electrical cable (2) for electrical connection of an electrical contact (5) of one component with another component. The polyimide film having a metal layer as trace is pressed on electrical cable by pressure sintering on the electrical contact. A coating is provided with inter-pressure-compatible material having a nickel layer, a precious metal layer, particularly gold layer and a silver powder coating. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing an electrical connection of an electrical contact of an electrical component with another component by an electric cable; and (2) a method for applying a silver powder coating on a noble metal surface, involves applying silver powder coating on film, where film is a plastic film, particularly a polyethylene terephthalate film. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung mit einem elektrischen Bauelement (1) und wenigstens einer elektrischen Anschlussleitung (2) zur elektrischen Verbindung eines elektrischen Kontakts (5) des Bauelements (1) mit einem weiteren Bauelement (3). Hiervon ausgehend wird eine hinsichtlich der Dauerfestigkeit verbesserte Anschlusstechnologie für elektrische Bauelemente angegeben. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass die wenigstens eine elektrische Anschlussleitung (2) eine mittels Drucksinterung auf den elektrischen Kontakt (5) aufgepresste, eine Metallschicht (11) als Leiterbahn aufweisende Polyimidfolie ist.
