Dichtungsanordnung zum Abdichten des Abstands zwischen einem rotierenden Element (2) und einem feststehenden Element (4), wobei die Dichtungsanordnung aufweist:ein Gehäuse (6) für eine elastische Plattendichtung, das einstellbar in dem feststehenden Element (4) gelagert ist, wobei das Gehäuse (6) für die elastische Plattendichtung eine elastische Plattendichtung (8) lagert;wobei die elastische Plattendichtung (8) axiale Durchflussbegrenzer (12) in Form von Zwischenringen aufweist, die sich in jeweils einem Umfangsschlitz der elastischen Plattendichtung (8) vom Gehäuse (6) weg radial nach innen auf das rotierende Element (2) zu erstrecken; undein Federsystem (10), das zwischen dem Gehäuse (6) für die elastische Plattendichtung und dem feststehenden Element (4) vorgesehen ist, um das Gehäuse (6) für die elastische Plattendichtung in einer von einer Oberfläche des rotierenden Elementes (2) weg gerichteten Richtung vorzuspannen.
