A spring element (34) i.e. compression spring, and a permanent magnet (40) produce a retaining force. A securing sleeve (20) holds the locking element in the locking position by the retaining force. A coil (48) produces electromagnetic force acting opposite to the retaining force during current supply. Die Erfindung betrifft ein magnetisches Verriegelungssystem mit einem Haltestift und zumindest einem Verriegelungselement, wobei der Haltestift zumindest ein Eingriffselement aufweist und das Verriegelungselement in einer Verriegelungsposition mit dem Eingriffselement formschlüssig in Eingriff ist, zumindest einem Sicherungsmittel, welches mittels einer permanentmagnetischen Haltekraft das Verriegelungselement in der Verriegelungsposition hält, sowie zumindest einer Spule, welche bei Bestromung eine der Haltekraft entgegengesetzt wirkende elektromagnetische Kraft erzeugt.
