Summary: | The pipe element has a film made of three layers (13-15), where the radially interior layer (13) has lubricating properties under high temperatures. The film is formed as a hollow cylinder between a flexible inner tube (11) and a flexible, gas-tight cladding part. Exhaust gas flows via the tube, and the cladding part is a metallic bellow (12) with corrugations. The properties are provided by knitted elements made of stainless steel fibers and graphite fibers, aluminum oxide based precursor coated fibers, preceramic polymer in firm, gel-like or foam-like texture and metallic-textile composites.
Es wird ein flexibles Leitungselement mit kombinierter Wärmeisolation und Schwingungsdämpfung beschrieben. Zur Erzielung der zusätzlichen Eigenschaften wird eine dafür vorgesehene, vorzugsweise aus mehreren Lagen aufgebaute Schicht mit der Gestalt eines Hohlzylinders zwischen einem die Abgase führenden, flexiblen Innenteil und einem flexiblen, gasdichten Mantelteil angeordnet. |
