Summary:The adjuster (1) has a sliding piece (3) adjustable on a rail (2) that is designed as one piece and flat section. The rail has a locking unit (5). The sliding piece has a clutch (6) including a number of complementary locking units (7) for engagement in the rail. The clutch is rotatably provided around a hinge. The complementary locking units and the locking unit (5) cooperate during contact of the clutch in the rail, in a form-fit and/or force-fit manner. An independent claim is also included for a procedure for adjusting inclination of a vehicle seat. Es wird ein Neigungsversteller für einen Fahrzeugsitz vorgeschlagen, wobei der Neigungsversteller eine Schiene und ein Gleitstück aufweist. Das Gleitstück gleitet dabei auf der Schiene zur Neigungsverstellung entlang. Die Schiene ist als gebogenes, einstückiges Flachprofil ausgebildet. Zudem wird ein Verfahren zur Neigungsverstellung offenbart. Der Neigungsversteller ist insbesondere für eine Rückenlehne eines Fahrzeugrücksitzes vorgesehen.
