Temperature measurement method for execution of indirect heat exchange between natural gas and heating/cooling fluid, involves evaluating optical signals of fiber-optic cable provided inside coiled heat exchanger
The method involves using pipes coiled around a core pipe and a mantel, which limits an outside space around the pipes. Optical signals of a fiber-optic cable are evaluated, where the fiber-optic cable is provided inside a coiled heat exchanger. A temperature measurement in the coiled heat exchanger...

Summary: | The method involves using pipes coiled around a core pipe and a mantel, which limits an outside space around the pipes. Optical signals of a fiber-optic cable are evaluated, where the fiber-optic cable is provided inside a coiled heat exchanger. A temperature measurement in the coiled heat exchanger is carried out by the evaluation of optical signals produced by Raman scattering, Brillouin scattering or scattering at Bragg grating. The optical signals of the fiber-optic cable are evaluated to coil the pipes in an inner space or on an exterior in a mantel space.
