Summary:The plug (1) has a plug housing (2) and contact units (3) arranged in the housing. The contact units are formed as stationary plug contacts (5) at an end and as movable contact springs (7) at another end. A slider (9) is movably guided at the plug housing, where the slider controls a deflection of the contact springs from an initial position into contact position. The slider is movably guided in a direction of free contact ends (7a) of the contact springs, and overlaps with the contact springs. The springs are clamped through holes of the slider. Bei einem elektrischen Stecker (1) mit einem Steckergehäuse (2) und darin gehäusefest angeordneten Kontaktelementen (3), die einenends als feststehende Steckerkontakte (5) ausgebildet sind, sind erfindungsgemäß die Kontaktelemente (3) anderenends als auslenkbare Kontaktfedern (7) ausgebildet. Weiterhin ist am Steckergehäuse (2) ein Schieber (9) verschiebbar geführt, der die Auslenkung der Kontaktfedern (7) aus einer Ausgangslage in ihre Kontaktlage steuert.
