Der erfindungsgemäße Vergasungsbrenner für eine Vergasungseinrichtung zur Kohlevergasung oder Synthesegaserzeugung weist einen oder mehrere tangentialhrung auf. Durch Dralleinsätze unterschiedlichen Durchmessers und/oder Beaufschlagung einer von mehreren Zuführungen über ein Steuerventil ist der Drall zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Betriebsbedingungen anpassbar.
