Summary: | The seat (1) has a backrest structure (8) attached to a backrest (6) of the seat, and a lock or a fitting (10) i.e. detent fitting or geared fitting, serving as locking device, which is connected with the structure. The locking device and the structure are limitedly moved relative to each other for kinematical decoupling and held together in a force-fit manner at a normal case. The locking device and the structure are moved relative to each other within a region, which is defined by the limited movement, up to a form-fit position of the locking device and the structure in case of crash.
Bei einem Fahrzeugsitz, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeugsitz, mit einem Sitzteil und einer Lehne, wobei der Fahrzeugsitz wenigstens eine Struktur (8) und wenigstens eine mit der Struktur (8) verbundene Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) zum wenigstens mittelbaren Verbinden der Struktur (8) mit der Fahrzeugstruktur aufweist, sind zur kinematischen Entkopplung die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (10) und die Struktur (8) relativ zueinander eingeschränkt beweglich und im Normalfall kraftschlüssig zusammengehalten. |
