The fan casing (30) comprises a first housing (31) to which is connected a second housing (32), and a connecting seat (33) which is located between the first and second housing and connected to the first and/or second housing. The connecting seat is in plate-form, L-form or U-form. The connecting seat can be formed integrally with the first housing or second housing, or as an individual piece. The connecting seat is connected to the first or second housing by connecting, riveting, screwing, gluing, embedding, clamping, snapping-in or by a tenon and slot connection. An independent claim is included for a quick changeout fan (3) with the aforesaid fan casing.
