Summary: | Polymer with at least a partially cross-linked polymer main chain obtained from amine repeating units (I) or methylene unit (II), is new. Polymer with at least a partially cross-linked polymer main chains obtained from the amine repeating units (I) of formula ((-N +>(R 1)(R 2)-(CH 2) x-NH-C(=A)-NH-(CH 2) x-N +>(R 3>)(R 4>)-CH 2-R 5-CH 2-) n 2>X ->) or methylene unit (II) of formula ((-R 6-(CH 2) y-) m), is new. A : O, S or NH; R 1>-R 5>1-8C-(hydroxy)alkyl or 1-8C-hydroxyalkoxy; X ->an ion, which is counter to the quaternary ammonium ion; n : 10-300; x : 2 or 3; R 65 or 6 membered azo aromatic compound or heterocycle containing nitrogen with at least two nitrogen atoms or its substituted derivatives; y : 1-6; and m : 0-300. Where at least one of R 1 and R 3 is cross-linked further with main chain. An independent claim is included for a galvanization bath for galvanic separation of metals and/or metal alloy comprising at least a metal ion, hydroxide ion and the polymer as an additive.
Die Erfindung betrifft Polymere, die aus zumindest teilweise quervernetzten Hauptketten aufgebaut aus Wiederholeinheiten der allgemeinen Formel I DOLLAR F1 und gegebenenfalls Wiederholeinheiten aus fünf- oder sechsgliedrigen Azaaromaten oder stickstoffhaltigen Heterocyclen bestehen. Derartige Polymere finden als Additiv in Galvanisierungsbädern Verwendung, da diese eine bessere Schichtdickenverteilung der galvanischen Schicht ermöglichen. |
