Summary: | In a papermaking or printing process the paper web passes through the nip gap between two drums where it is subjected to a combination of pressure and heat. The pressure exerted by the drums and the drum temperature is regulated to achieve a specific desired web quality. In the process a sensor detect the presence of any oscillation, which is registered by a control system. The control system modifies the pressure exerted by the rollers and the drum surface temperature in accordance with the web speed. The measuring system employs sound sensors that detect the presence of barring formation.
Aufgabe der vorstehenden Erfindung ist ein neues Verfahren und System zur Verhinderung von Schwingungen im Walzenwerk. Die Erfindung beruht auf der gleichzeitigen Regelung der Walzentemperatur und des Liniendrucks des Walzenspalts, wenn eine Schwingung bemerkt wird. Der Liniendruck wird mittels des Walzenspaltmodells auf einen neuen Arbeitspunkt eingestellt. Bei der Verwendung eines genauen Walzenspaltmodells können die Änderungen am Liniendruck durchgeführt werden, ohne die Qualitätseigenschaften der Bahn (12), wie zum Beispiel Papier, zu ändern. |
