Summary: | A cooling fluid (5) e.g. liquid nitrogen passes through a pressure regulator valve (6) and a shutoff valve. It passes into the chamber (1) and flows through a meander-shaped evaporation channel (7). There are a heater coil (8) and a fan (10) adjacent to the evaporation channel. The nitrogen flows through a line (11) to a volume flow regulating valve (13-13''). The evaporated nitrogen flows through a heater (14) to a nozzle (12) releasing nitrogen gas into the chamber. The electronic building block (3) is placed in front of the nozzle. Electric contacts (4) extend through the insulated walls (2) of the chamber.
