Preferably. the prismatic foil is held on the display screen by the other foil, which may be reflecting. The other foil may be transparent. On the other foil side, away from the flat display screen, may be fitted a through illuminating light source (12,13). the other foil may be colored. The other foil may be glued to one edge of the flat display screen. Independent claims are included for method of manufacturing. and car application of the invented display screen. Es wird eine Anzeigevorrichtung mit einer flächigen Anzeigetafel vorgeschlagen, bei der auf der dem Betrachter abgewandten Seite eine Prismenfolie angeordnet ist, die durch eine Folie, die mit der Anzeigetafel verklebt ist, an der Anzeigetafel gehalten wird. Damit ist die Montage einer Anzeige mit einer Prismenfolie in einem Arbeitsschritt möglich.
