Production of laminated thin plaster with a polyurethane-based substrate comprises (a) applying polyurethane layer(s) (I) to an intermediate carrier (II); (b) applying an adhesive mass (III) to a release layer (IV); (c) laminating the unhardened (I) on (II) and (III) on (IV), especially with a doctor; and (d) passing the laminate through a roll nip, in which (I) and (III) are rolled out to the final thickness. Verfahren zur Herstellung von mehrschichtigen dünnen Pflastern mit einem Trägermaterial auf Polyurethanbasis, wobei DOLLAR A a) zumindest eine Schicht eines Polyurethans auf einen Zwischenträger aufgebracht wird, DOLLAR A b) auf eine Trennlage eine Klebemasse aufgetragen wird, DOLLAR A c) das nicht ausgehärtete Polyurethan auf dem Zwischenträger und die Klebemasse auf der Trennlage insbesondere von einem Rakel zusammenkaschiert werden, DOLLAR A d) nach dem Rakel das Laminat in einen Walzenspalt geführt wird, in dem das Polyurethan sowie die Klebemasse auf die endgültige Dicke ausgewalzt werden.
