Summary: | The invention "arrangement for monitoring/controlling respiration in open respiration systems" relates to medical technology and can advantageously be applied in microsurgical laryngoscopy. Aim: to improve with low outlay the reliability of respiration methods for open respiration systems, in particular for the injector method. Object: to avoid the measurement hose required in known solutions and to obtain signals for Havarie exspirium and Havarie inspirium. According to the invention, the object is achieved by means of a pressure trigger T, two logic AND gates G1, G2 and at least two timers ZG1, ZG2 which form a time signal during the expiry of an adjustable time, of which the first is started during a first respiration phase and the second during a second respiration phase, by arranging that the time signal of a first timer ZG1 is combined via a first logic AND gate G1 with the signal of a pressure trigger T, that the time signal of a second timer ZG2 is combined with the signal of the pressure trigger T via a second logic AND gate G2, that the output signal of the first AND gate G1 sets a first memory FF1 for the Havarie inspirium signal, and that the output signal of the second AND gate G2 sets a second memory FF2 for the Havarie exspirium signal. |
