Summary: | The invention relates to a process for the continuous multiple-stage final purification of all coal-containing waste waters using a special thickener to which are fed all coal-containing waste waters of a briquette factory and a polyelectrolytic flocculant and downstream of which is provided a solid/liquid separator. For this purpose, the rates fed to the special thickener and taken off from it are determined, the feed of flocculants being controlled in dependence on the coal-containing waste waters fed and the feed of the coal-containing waste waters depending on the slurry measured in the special thickener, while the clarified water taken off from the special thickener flows to the process water collection vessel. |
