In the present invention, there are disclosed strains of Lactobacillus genus that can be obtained from a Gynevac«, Gynatren« and SolcoTrichovac« vaccine in inactivated form and carriers and/or excipients commonly used in vaccine formulations intended for use in the treatment of prostate inflammation and prostate benign hyperplasias in the stage I and II as well as a method of treatment patients being in need of such treatment requiring intramuscular administration of active dose of suspension of the Lactobacillus genus strains.
