Summary:Rešení se týká farmaceutické kompozice obsahující úcinnou látku tvorenou memantin hydrochloridem, plnivo a prípadne alespon jednu další farmaceuticky prijatelnou pomocnou látku, jehož podstata spocívá v tom, že jako plnivo obsahuje látku zvolenou z množiny zahrnující polysacharidy, zejména celulózu a její deriváty nebo/a škrob a jeho deriváty, a uhlicitany, fosforecnany a sírany kovu alkalických zemin, zejména horcíku nebo/a vápníku. The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing memantine hydrochloride as active substance, a filler and eventually at least one another pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, wherein the invention is characterized in that the filler of the invented pharmaceutical composition is a substance being selected from the group consisting of polysaccharides, especially cellulose and derivatives thereof and/or starch and derivatives thereof, and carbonates, phosphates and sulfates of alkaline earth metals, particularly magnesium and/or calcium.
