C and not on Cl); or NR1R2= a 5-7 membered satd. monocyclic heterocyclic ring, the 6 membered ring opt. having CH2 in position 4 replaced with O, S or alkyl-substd. imino; R3,R4 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R5 = H, 1-4C alkyl or 1-4C alkoxy; R6 = H or 1-4C alkyl; R7 = H, 3-7C cycloalkyl, Ph (opt. mono- or di-substd.), naphthyl, tetra-hydronaphthyl, thienyl, furyl or pyridyl (those last 3 gps. opt. mono-substd. for halogen or di-substd. by alkyl); A = a bond, 1-17C alkylene, 2-17C alkylene or 2-17C alkynylene; all alkyl and alkoxy gps., unless otherwise stated, contain 1-3 C atoms and halogen is F, Cl or Br. O-Acyl-4-fenylcykloalkanoly obecného vzorce I, v němž jednotlivé symboly mají význam, uvedený v patentových nárocích u vzorce I, jsou látky, které snižují koncentraci lipidů, zvláště cholesterolu v krevním oběhu a je proto možno je použít ve formě farmaceutického prostředku, který rovněž tvoří součást řešení pro léčení nebo prevenci hyperlipidemií a také k léčení onemocnění žlučovými kameny a k léčení mykóz. V jednom z možných provedení se tyto látky podávají jako doplňkové krmivo nosnicím k získání vajec s nízkým obsahem cholesterolu.ŕ In the present invention there are disclosed O-Acyl-4-phenylcycloalkanoly of the general formula I wherein the individual symbols are as specified in the patent claims for the formula I. These compounds reduce lipid concentration, particularly cholesterol in blood circulation and they can be therefore used in the form of a pharmaceutical preparation forming also a part of the present invention, for the treatment or prophylaxis of hyperlipidemia and also for treating diseases connected with bile stones and for treating mycoses. In one of the possible embodiment, these compounds are administered as a supplementary feed for laying hens to obtain eggs with low cholesterol content.
