Slou eniny lze pou t pro v²robu p° pravk a v²robk maj c ch transportn a komplexa n schopnosti k iont m vybran²m ze skupiny jednomocn²ch a dvojmocn²ch kationt , halogen , fosf t a polyfosf t , a substr t m, vybran²m ze skupiny tvo°en sacharidy, aminokyselinami a oligonukleotidy a p°i p° prav analytick²ch senzor .\ In the present invention there are disclosed polycyclic macrocycles that are represented by meso-tetrasteroidyl porphyrinogens of the general formula I, in which R and X are different, whereby R represents steroidal substituents with a side chain in position 17 and a substituent on the skeleton being selected from the group comprising homopregnanes, dinor-cholestanes, trinor-cholestanes and cholic acids and X represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms and meso-tetrasteroidyl porphyrins of the general formula III, wherein R is as specified above. These compounds can be used for preparing preparations and articles exhibiting transport and complexing capabilities to ions being selected from the group comprising monovalent and bivalent cations, halogens, phosphates and polyphosphates, and to substrates being selected from the group comprising saccharides, amino acids, and oligo nucleotides and for preparing analytic sensors.
