Řešení popisuje způsob přípravy kompozice s nízkým obsahem účinné látky, který je založen na homogenizaci účinné látky s alespoň jednou další složkou ve vysokostřihovém mísiči. Působením vysokých střihových sil dochází k rychlé homogenizaci systému, což umožňuje zkrátit celkovou dobu výroby. The solution describes a method of preparing a solid dosage form containing a composition with a low content of active substance, which is based on the homogenization of the active substance with at least one other component in a high-shear mixer, which is immediately followed by the step of processing the composition into the final solid dosage form, or, after homogenization in a high-shear mixer, the step of homogenizing the homogenate with a glidant is immediately followed, and the step of homogenizing with at least one glidant is immediately followed by the step of processing the composition into a final solid dosage form. Due to the action of high shearing forces, the system is quickly homogenized, which enables shortening the total production time.
