Summary:A method of production of compounds of general formula IV, where B represents the residue of formula IVa, IVb or IVc, where R is the group -C(O)H, -C(O)R , -C(O)OR or -C(O)NHR , where R represents C1-5-alkyl possibly substituted with 1 to 3 halogens nebo phenyl, significant in the fact that the compound of general formula VI is oxidised causing the occurrence of a compound that is possibly subjected to reduction and cleavage of the acyl group. The compounds inhibit the growth of tumours and can be used in medicine.
