Summary: | The mixing feeder (7) with a suspension tank (9) with a heater is connected with the disintegration link (19) and its bottom part opens via the filling press (10), first hydrolyser (11), transfer press (12), second hydrolyser (13), and extrusion press (14) into the atmospheric expander (15). The atmospheric expander (15) is connected by means of the conveying screw with the expanded suspension tank (16), which connects via the washing device (40) with the extraction device (41), which links both with the cellulose tank (50) and via the evaporator (42) and drier (43) with the lignin tank (44). The outlet of the liquid of the filling press (10) connects with the tank for suspension (9). The outlet of the liquid of the transfer press (12) is connected with the evaporating expansion plant (24), whose outlet is connected with the tank of concentrated sugar solution (31). The outlet of the liquid from the extrusion press (14) opens through the second circulator pump (27) and second heat exchanger (29) into the second hydrolyser (13). The steam outlet from the atmospheric expander (15) is connected to the circuit of technological water. The steam outlet from the evaporating expansion plant (24) opens via the condenser (21) into the tank of technological water (8), which leads into the tank for suspension (9). |
