Summary:A method of treatment of pyrolysed petrol benzene fraction using apparatus for hydrofining and subsequent rectifying processing of coking benzene. Its essence is that the benzene fraction of pyrolysed petrol is catalytically hydrogenised separately with throughput of 85 to 95 % by weight, related to the average throughput of coking benzene. Hydrogen is fed into the circulation circuit before the evaporator and preheating furnace, while dosing of the aqueous condensate is performed in a quantity up to 0.25 % by weight, related to the throughput benzene fraction of pyrolysed petrol. The acquired refined product is again divided by separate continual rectification with throughput of 45 to 50 % by weight, related to the average throughput of refined product from the coking benzene, in a benzene precolumn with reflux ratio of 10 to 12, to a light benzene section and narrower n-heptane fraction.
