Summary: | The invention concerns a quick-hardening mixture on a base of cement clinker, significant in the very early onset of hardening and rapidly developing firmness. The mixture can be used in construction, particularly for mining and tunnelling work. The mixture contains Portland or white cement clinker ground on a medium surface of 220 to 700 m /kg, a grinding additive such as triethanolamine or ethylene glycol, alkaline metal salt, preferably carbonate or silicate, mixing water, very fine amorphous SiO2, ash and components for preparation of the mixture such as sand and aggregate. The essence of the invention is that the mixture also contains 0.5 to 3 % by weight sulphonated polyelectrolyte of simple hydroxyl and carboxyl groups, based on the weight of clinker. |
