METHOD OF RESORUFIN'S DERIVATIVE GLYCOSIDE PRODUCTION
A method of production glycoside from resorufin derivatives of general formula Ia or Ib, where R = H, R , R and R are independent H, halogen or C1-C5 alkyl, R and R are independent H, halogen, cyano, alkyl, alkoxyl, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxyalkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl, where all alkyls and...

Summary: | A method of production glycoside from resorufin derivatives of general formula Ia or Ib, where R = H, R , R and R are independent H, halogen or C1-C5 alkyl, R and R are independent H, halogen, cyano, alkyl, alkoxyl, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, carboxyalkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl, where all alkyls and alkoxyls contain 1 to 5 C-atoms or the carboxamide group possibly the single or double substituted alkyl alkoxyalkyl, carboxyalkyl or alkoxycarbonylalkyl group, where the alkyl and alkoxy group always contain 1 - 5 C-atoms, whereas in the case of two substituents these may be linked causing a ring possibly interrupted also by O, N or S or the group -COO-(CH2CH2O)n-R , where R = H, C1-C5 alkyl and n = 1 - 4 and R is sulphonyl or nitro- and Y = N or N -> O of the reaction of derivatives of resorufin of tautomeric formulas IIa and IIb with mono- or oligosaccharide with 2 to 10 monosaccharide units or its halogen derivative, where all OH groups are protected by cleavage of the protective groups from the occurring per-O-substituted glycosides. The compounds of general formula Ia and Ib are especially good as chromogenic and fluorogennic substrates for determining the activity of corresponding glycosidases or enzymes of splitting oligosaccharides. |
