Summary:The solution concerns the preparation method of the substance of the formula I in reaction to phenylisocyanate with ethyl-B-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-carbamate at catalysis by an organic base in an inert solvent environment. The principle consists of the fact that the reaction takes place in an environment of o-chlorine toluene, o-dimethylbenzene, m-dimethylbenzene, ethylbenzene, isopropyl benzene or i-isopropyl-4methylbenzene or in a mixture of the above-mentioned substances or in a mixture of the above-mentioned substances with other organic solvents. This substance serves as an effective component of herbicide agents.
