Summary:The present invention relates to a cam system for two cylinder circular knitting machines for manufacturing hosiery and similar goods, said machine comprising at least two feeds which are engaged during reciprocatory knitting. The present invention permits to maintain constant knitting conditions, and its subject matter consists in that in each feed is mounted within the path of the lower butts of the needles or sliders a stationary loft cam and a right cam 5, 6 and 11, 12, as well as a central cam 7, 13, while within the path of the upper butts of the needles or sliders is mounted a left cam and a right cam 8, 9 and 14, 15, and between the neighbouring left and right cams of the neighbouring feeds is mounted a radially movable triangular rising cam 17.
