Summary:Polipeptidos recombinantes humanos o humanizados que se unen a la integrina a5B1 con gran afinidad y bloquean su funcion. Ademas, se describen aplicaciones de diagnostico y farmaceutico de los polipeptidos. The present invention relates to recombinant human or humanized polypeptides which bind to alpha5beta1 integrin with high affinity and blocking function. Further, diagnostic and pharmaceutic applications of the potypeptides are disclosed.
