Summary: | After an electric welding machine being added with a no-load automatic stop device, a power supply can be switched on, when a welding rod is contacted with a work piece, the induction current output from a current mutual inductor can be injected into the base electrode of a transistor, and the transistor can be conducted for completing the triggering function. Then an instruction relay can operate, the alternating current contactor of an actuating mechanism can attract, and the welder can weld after connecting the power supply. Meanwhile, a delay capacitor can charge so as to discharge to the instruction relay in short stopping welding, and the alternating current contactor can be kept attracting for investigation and changing welding rods. The delay can be completed when the discharging is off, the alternating current contactor can release, and the welder is switched off for lying in an electricity saving status. Therefore, the no-load reactive power loss of the welder can be saved. |
