Summary:It is a new method used for dynamic balncing of vertical separator supported on flexible contilever. According to this method, when balancing the separator's rotating drum, which needs only to send the vibration signals obtained at high and low speed from a sensor located at the outer ring of the separator bearing to the conventional vibrograph and phasometer, and then deals with digital processing, a highly precision balance can be achieved on the complete machine. The advantages of this invention are of high precision balance, simple construction, less investment and easy to be populurized, and furthermore, it can also be used for dynamic balancing of separator at the production site.
