Summary:The set has a passage metering oscillatory displacement, which cosisted of magnetoelectric sensor, multifold circuit, amplifier, variable fand filter and absolute value circuit of precise diode. A magnet-valve distributing liquid in the emery grider is in control of microcomputer accoding to rate of osillatory amplitude. It has a comparing logic with the points and automatic adjustable pulsed pour method, and can continually accurately show oscillatory displacement. The least measurable oseillatory amplitude is 0.025 micron.
