Summary: | The utility model relates to a pure mechanical inbuilt temperature control valve which can switch the valve on and off automatically by using thermal conductivity principle and thermal sensibility techniques instead of any external forces, in particular to the inbuilt temperature control valves for solar water heaters, belongs to the mechanical commodity. The lower valve clack is arranged on the top of the low limit stop. One end of the valve lever is connected to the base of the low limiting rack and the other end is inserted into the thermal bag through the central hole in the blade. The lever and the thermal bag where a blade is attached and a valve clack is arranged on the side of the bag are working through sliding. A reset spring is arranged between the upper valve clack and the top limit stop. The shape of the connection outer edge of the upper valve clack matches the shape of the connection edge of the hole in the center of the lower valve clack. The top limit stop is connected with the low limit stop. |
