The utility model has the advantages that: 1. the short arch cover design enlarges the under-arch volume by about 15 percent. With the same volume, the depth of the pool is reduced by about 20cm. The operator can stand in the pool with his head out of the free lid opening of the arch during the large scale material removal. The safety is enhanced. 2. When producing gas with the utility model, the liquid surface of the gas chamber of the same volume is bigger comparing with the former high arch lid. The crust of liquid surface is thinner. And the gas producing effect is better. 3. The low arch pool has shallower depth in the ground with the same volume, which is in favor of increasing the pool temperature and gas producing.
