This device mainly comprises the fore and rear wheels, a foldaway handlebar, a foldaway seat, a foldaway pedal and a foldaway frame as well as a drive system assembly; the foldaway frame is mainly constituted with the shrinking beam and the two horizontal brackets separately hinged with the fore and rear section of the beam, the beam comprises the fore, middle and rear beams that are directly connected by the propeller boss and engaged with each other; the fore horizontal bracket is engaged with the fore end of the fore beam, the rear section of the connection between the fore horizontal bracket and the fore beam is hinged with a foldaway connecting rod, the other end of the foldaway connecting beam is hinged with the middle beam and a foldaway device is mounted between the middle beam and the rear beam. This model utility will be smaller after folded away; the fore and rear horizontal brackets can be folded away while the beam is folded away at the same time so as to be more convenient for folding.
