The upper cover is provided with a manual operated clamping part, a rotating shaft and a guiding pin, which separately corresponds to the clamp, the clamping part sliding equipped on the machine seat, the longitudinal long slot and the guiding slot. Therefore, operator can easily open the upper cover by manual operation without additional tools, replacing or adjusting the inner electronic parts. The upper cover can be spun and be opened without fully disengaging, the intensity and the stability of the enclosure structure are improved. The assembly of the upper cover and the machine seat are extremely easy which can greatly improve the assembly efficiency of the computer enclosure.
