Summary:A coal fired electricity generating boiler possessing static dust-collecting device provided comprises a shell provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, and a dust-collecting hopper. The interior of the shell is in turn provided with a humidifying and cooling chamber, a horizontal dust-collecting pole dust-collecting chamber, and a longitudinal dust-collecting pole dust-collecting chamber, wherein, the humidifying and cooling chamber is internally provided with a sprayer, gasification barriers, and a guide plate, the interiors of the horizontal dust-collecting pole dust-collecting chamber and longitudinal dust-collecting pole dust-collecting chamber are respectively a horizontal dust-collecting pole consisting of a pole plate with a surface vertical to the air current orientation and a longitudinal dust-collecting pole consisting of a pole plate with a surface parallel to the air current orientation and a corona pole, matching raping devices are respectively provided for the horizontal dust-collecting pole, longitudinal dust-collecting pole, and corona pole, and behind the longitudinal dust-collecting pole arranged with an electrode moving type dust-collecting device consisting of a circular cotton tape, a driving axle, and a dust scraper.
