The heating plate and the intermediate elastic shell are rigidly connected, wherein a convex rod is mounted on the heating plate while a pore hole is mounted on the bottom of the intermediate elastic shell, the pressure sensor is mounted immovably on the shell, the convex rod gets through the pore hole and contacts the pressure sensor. The advantages are: the control circuit receives signal from the pressure sensor and closes the relay in accordance with the procedure set in advance to control the work state of the heating plate; a variety of cooking methods; the requirement of the material and machining accuracy of the intermediate elastic shell is greatly reduced, only a degree of elasticity is needed to achieve the objective.
