The utility model relates to an air-conditioner used in telecommunication machinery room, in particular to a lower air-feed conditioner in machinery room with dual cold sources, which resolves the problem that present air-conditioner for saving energy used in cool machinery room needs large space. The air-conditioner comprises a thermal-insulated air-supply tube (2), a first filter (3), a draught fan (4), a first air quantity adjustable valve (5), a thermal-insulated casing (6), a second air quantity adjustable valve (7), a second filter (9), and a lower air supply air-conditioning unit (1). A cool air inlet (2-1) is disposed at one end of the thermal-insulated air-supply tube (2), wherein the air-supply tube (2) near the cool air inlet (2-1) is provided with the filter (3) while another end of the air-supply tube (2) is communicated with the left of a chamber of the thermal-insulated casing via the first air quantity adjustable valve (5). The draught fan (4) is provided between the filter (3) and the first air quantity adjustable valve (5). An air reflux inlet is arranged on the right end of the thermal-insulated casing (6) while the second filter (9) and the second air quantity adjustable valve (7) are inwards arranged at the air reflux inlet. The lower end of the thermal-insulated casing (6) is communicated with an air inlet at the upper end of the lower air supply air-conditioning unit (1). The invention can combine the device for leading in outdoor cool air with the former indoor air-conditioner of machinery room to save power, indoor space, and the material of the device.
